Clinical Approach

Combining evidence-based and pagan-informed practices, I am dedicated to helping you explore your mental health and complex identities through a post-colonial, liberation orientation.

As a non-binary femme, I hold space for LGBTQ+ folks and the experience of pregnancy and parenthood. As a practicing pagan, I incorporate Astrology and cartomancy (tarot) as tools to externalize and tackle complex situations and emotions. As a teaching artist, I offer creative outlets for my clients to process and organize thoughts during and outside of sessions. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I understand the mind-body connection and the cyclical influences of physical and mental health.

Theoretically, the use of narrative therapy to restory our lives and cognitive behavioral therapy to reframe our thoughts guides my sessions as we work together. While honoring the time and space necessary for healing, I offer a solutions focused approach that keeps sessions oriented towards your therapeutic goals with actionable takeaways to serve you in the present. My eclectic approach allows me to tailor counseling to your unique needs and environment.

I will receive my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Commonwealth University in winter 2026.

Personal

PAgan Path

I was raised in a Presbyterian and Catholic family but discovered Astrology, witchcraft and Buddhism at an early age. I had my first “religious experience” watching Sri Sri Ravi Shankar chant when I was 8. As I explored my Mexican, Italian and Irish heritage, I became more committed to an earth-based transcendental spirituality whose foundation is built on Western Astrology as a tool to describe the rhythms of nature and karma. My beliefs manifest in green and kitchen witchery and divination through cards.

I work with the energies of all the planetary bodies, the elements, plant/animal spirits, ancestral spirits and the goddesses Tlazolteotl (Aztec) and Reitia (Venetian) specifically.
